Stay safe and stay healthy! #StayAtHomeSaveLives Following serious consideration by the Board of Advanced Certification Limited (a UKAS Accredited company under reference 8872), a decision has been reached to cancel the operating agreement between Advanced Certification and Fusion Certification.
Between 1st January 2016 and 1st January 2019 Fusion Certification and Advanced Certification Limited had an operating agreement in place. This agreement required Fusion Certification to act in accordance with the Processes and Procedures of Advanced Certification in order for Advanced Certification to be able to issue UKAS certificates to companies audited by Fusion Certification. This means that, as of 1st January 2019, Fusion Certification is not authorised by Advanced Certification to undertake any activities in the name of Advanced Certification Limited. For clients that have previously been serviced by auditors form Fusion Certification, the impact of this decision on your certification is as follows: The certificate(s) issued to you show both a Re-Audit due date and also an Expiry Date The Re-Audit due date is the date at which the 3-year re-certification audit is due The Expiry date is the date that your current certificate expires. Advanced Certification will not be re-issuing your certificate in 2019 and so the expiry date is the date that your current UKAS accredited certificate(s) expire. The Quality Manager of Advanced Certification will shortly write to all clients providing further information on the impact upon them. Advanced Certification has been advised by UKAS that we are now an accredited body for ISO 45001:2018 as well as OHSAS 18001.
